The Cost Effective and result oriented consultancy
What defines a project?
A specific job to be accomplished, A person to manage the job, A team of people assigned to various roles who work under the directives and supervision of the manager, and A defined time to finish the job.
Traditionally, a program is usually made up of one or more projects all of which move towards a common objective or goal. A program manager oversees all the projects involved in the program, whereas the project manager oversees only one.
A successful program manager needs years of experience in managing multiple projects. The program manager has to have both a theoretical and practical background. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques is essential.
